Delivered a custom B2B platform combining corporate presentation, product catalog management, technical data, inquiries, analytics, publishing workflows, media, permissions and operational administration.

Independent custom CMS rather than WordPress, combining products, pages, media, permissions, multilingual content, inquiries, analytics, revisions and help documentation.

The system needed to support both high-end public presentation and practical business workflows inside one maintainable administrative product.

Product architecture, information hierarchy, UI/UX direction, requirements, access model, publishing behavior, QA, release acceptance and operational workflows.

Programming implementation is AI-assisted. Requirements, UX, acceptance criteria, functional/regression testing, deployment and final validation remain under direct personal ownership.

Structured inquiry lifecycle; first-party product analytics; independent drafts and transactional publishing; server-side RBAC; contextual visual editing; responsive AVIF/WebP media; APCu → Memcached → File Cache fallback.

Functional and regression validation covered editing, publishing, permissions, inquiries, analytics, multilingual behavior, responsive UI and cache invalidation.

A reusable product-grade CMS foundation suitable for business operations and high-end B2B presentation.

Live/staging walkthrough; admin and analytics workflow demo; inquiry lifecycle; draft/publish; role access; responsive UI.

BUSINESS WORKFLOWS / ANALYTICS

From brochure site to operating product.

  • Inquiry lifecycle: New → Viewed → In Progress → Proposal Sent → Closed / Rejected, with search, filtering, product association, notes, status history, first-view tracking and mail retry status.
  • First-party analytics measures page views, product impressions and clicks, inquiry CTA interactions, form opens and starts, successful submissions and PDF downloads.
  • The dashboard reports traffic development, product interest, inquiry volume, funnel drop-off, top products, product-to-inquiry conversion, traffic sources, navigation transitions and PDF engagement.
  • Seven server-enforced roles cover Super Admin, Administrator, Editorial, Products, Inquiries, Analytics and Viewer access.
  • Privacy design avoids Google Analytics, external tracking pixels, raw IP storage, PHP session persistence and browser fingerprint storage.

ARCHITECTURE / DELIVERY DEPTH

Product-grade CMS foundation.

  • Security and operations include CSRF, RBAC, Argon2id, rate limiting, sanitization, MIME validation, protected uploads, diagnostics, migrations, backups and APCu → Memcached → File Cache fallback.
