MAR 2025 COMMERCIAL LAUNCH

A production hosting service built and operated end-to-end across customer provisioning, control-panel operations, infrastructure and geographically separated recovery storage.

Initial infrastructure assembled around November 2024; official commercial launch in March 2025; continuous production operation thereafter.

The service needed reliable provisioning, customer support, backups, troubleshooting and operational continuity for real hosted workloads.

Provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, customer support, backups and service administration.

Operational changes are treated as production changes: configuration, backup readiness and customer-facing behavior are checked after relevant updates.

Primary hosting infrastructure in Warsaw; scheduled off-site recovery copies stored independently in Kharkiv. Hosting control software manages accounts, websites, databases, DNS, SSL, FTP/SFTP, cron jobs, logs and runtime configuration.

Backup jobs, restore readiness, customer provisioning and production workloads are validated as part of regular operations.

Long-running production infrastructure with real commercial workloads and independent recovery storage.

Live public platform; hosting control-panel screenshots; anonymized domain/workload list; backup job evidence; infrastructure topology.

COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

From empty server to paid service.

  • Initial infrastructure was assembled around November 2024 and officially launched as a public commercial service in March 2025.
  • Maintained a recurring paying customer base throughout production operation alongside a broad set of first-party domains and databases.
  • Owned provisioning, support, maintenance, issue resolution, backup readiness and service continuity for real hosted workloads.
  • Connected infrastructure decisions to hosting plans, account limits, ordering, payment options and customer support channels.
  • Production operation remained continuous for 18+ months by September 2026.

INFRASTRUCTURE / RECOVERY

Operated with recovery in mind.

  • OVH production infrastructure in Warsaw uses an NVMe hosting node and a DDoS-protected hosting edge.
  • ISPmanager 6 manages customer accounts, websites, databases, DNS, SSL/TLS, FTP/SFTP, cron jobs, logs and runtime configuration.
  • Separate customer resources and plan limits isolate workloads; legacy and current PHP runtimes support client compatibility.
  • Scheduled recovery copies are stored independently in Kharkiv, creating a geographically separate recovery path rather than an active HA replica.
  • Operations include provisioning, domain and Let's Encrypt workflows, maintenance, troubleshooting and direct technical support.
