The products required continuous roadmap decisions, release prioritization, service continuity, support, monetization and operational coordination under real user load.

Roadmap and release priorities across gameplay, economy, balance, UX, monetization and operational improvements; coordination of administrators, moderators and technical contributors; production incidents, user support, payment issues and service continuity.

Commercial product ownership and live operations were established before AI became part of the implementation workflow. Delivery decisions remained driven by users, operations, measurable outcomes and release quality.

Up to 12 servers, approximately 3K community members, 200K+ lifetime user accounts and 308 peak concurrent users. Two separate paid PM engagements also covered team formation, recruitment, task boards, requirements, implementation briefs, quality review and technical coordination.

Release changes were validated against live-service behavior, user feedback and operational stability before being accepted.

For X-CLUSIVE, surviving payment records covering primarily late 2021–2023 directly confirm 438 paying accounts and UAH 160,381 in recorded customer payment volume. Historical coverage is incomplete: at least 25% of payments and paying users were not captured in the surviving data, giving a conservative estimate of ≈550 paying users and ≥UAH 200,476 for the represented period. In 2026, X-CLUSIVE generated an additional ≈$400 / UAH 16,000, bringing directly confirmed volume across the surviving periods to UAH 176,381 and the conservative combined estimate to ≥UAH 216,476. Separately, the independent GTA V RP product generated up to ≈$3,000 gross sales from ≈$400 direct spend.
