REQ BUILD QA REL 02
50+ PAID COMMERCIAL CLIENTS
~50 MODULES
12 MO ACTIVE COMMERCIAL SUPPORT

A commercially operated modular automation platform connecting community workflows with game infrastructure, databases, identity systems, payment services and external APIs.

The product evolved into nearly 50 modules and served 50+ paid commercial clients with ≈12 months active support and commissioned development.

Clients required repeatable integrations, configuration, troubleshooting and commissioned functionality across heterogeneous external systems.

Onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, ticket handling, production fixes, compatibility updates and individually commissioned features. Client requests were evaluated for reuse so one-off requirements could evolve into product-level improvements.

Programming implementation was performed through an AI-assisted development workflow. Product requirements, functional scope, UX decisions, acceptance criteria, manual testing, regression control, deployment and final release validation remained under direct personal ownership.

Independent modules, multiple connection strategies, configuration over code changes, reusable identity and auditability. Integration scope included Steam, FACEIT, MySQL, REST APIs, RCON, A2S, webhooks, payment services, administration systems, vouchers, analytics and AI-assisted support.

Every significant change was manually validated in the target workflow, with production fixes and compatibility updates checked before release.

A sustained paid software operation rather than a single release or one-time deployment.

Public development history/thread; 45+ publicly documented modules; anonymized paid order/client history; support/ticket examples; demo of integrations and workflows.

CUSTOMER / COMMERCIAL IMPACT

Software that stayed in production.

  • Served more than 50 paid commercial clients over the product lifecycle with approximately 12 months of active ticket-based support.
  • Handled onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, production fixes, compatibility updates and individually commissioned paid functionality.
  • Converted recurring client problems into reusable modules, more autonomous configuration and stronger validation instead of maintaining isolated one-off fixes.
  • Supported customer environments with different databases, game servers, permissions, identity mappings and integration constraints.

INTEGRATION / ENGINEERING DEPTH

More than a Discord bot.

  • ≈50 modular workflows built with Python, Disnake and asyncio for interactive UI, background jobs and asynchronous external calls.
  • Integrated Steam and FACEIT identity, SteamID normalization, MySQL and local persistence, RCON/A2S, REST APIs, webhooks and custom server bridges.
  • Included payment integration for transaction detection, validation, balance or entitlement updates, notifications and operational logging.
  • Added an English-language AI RAG FAQ knowledge base grounded in project documentation for repetitive support questions.
  • Improved reliability through memory-leak fixes, monitoring optimization, restart and duplicate-interaction handling, resource monitoring and selective persistence redesign.

The public development history documents 45+ modules; later work also included customer-specific and reusable functionality.
